Billy brought light, laughter, and deep connection to everyone at J13 Community. His friendships with staff and fellow Community Members were rooted in joy, trust, and authenticity. We are so grateful to have adventured alongside him.
Whether he was climbing 55-foot walls, hiking new trails, exploring museums, bowling, or bouncing through trampoline parks, Billy embraced each experience with courage, joy, and a contagious smile.
As our first Deaf J13 Community Member, Billy’s impact continues to ripple through our lives. He showed up in the world fully and bravely—touching our hearts while teaching us more about ASL and Deaf culture.
